Justin took a break from rewrites for his new book, ALLIES & ASSASSINS, to return to the schools fray this week. As part of the Essex Book Festival, he was out and about with Nikki Gamble from the wonderful Just Imagine Centre in Chelmsford. Justin spent the morning at Prince Avenue School in Westcliff-on-Sea, where the “home” students were joined by peers from Darlinghurst Primary School in Leigh-on-Sea. After a delicious – but messy! – lunch of spaghetti and meatballs, Justin headed off to Alleyn Court School in Shoeburyness for the afternoon session. A great time was had by all at both sessions and Justin was delighted to find he was Alleyn Court’s “Author of the Month”. Click on the above links for photos from the day.

WOW! my best mates are up there
How cool is that
I still remember the day when you visited Minneapolis. I’m jealous of the boy that got the sword, and was also the same boy who had to look at the back of the book to identify you! Good times. Good times
My brother wants to be a author
I am 26 and I just went and bought the other five books.
I was given the first book as a gift during its original release in the US.
