If children send us their details by email or via the pop-up box, we’ll keep their details so we’ll know where to send them news and updates about Vampirates. However, we will not send them any information if they tick the boxes to let us know that they don’t wish to receive this information. If a child is under 13 years old, we won’t send news or updates unless a parent/guardian has given his or her consent. In any case, we won’t pass child’s details to third parties.

Parental consent to further contact is exempted where Information has been submitted in accordance where the rules of a competition or promotion require parental consent as a condition of participation. In that case we will hold such Information only for purposes of administering the competition or promotion. We will not, and may not, require children give us more Information than is reasonably necessary to take part in any such competition or promotion. The Information will be immediately removed from our records once the administration for the competition or promotion is completed.
